These Terms of Use govern access to the AikoGx Studios website, games, applications and technologies. By using our services, you agree to follow these terms.

1. About AikoGx

AikoGx Studios is an independent studio based in the Valencian Community, Spain. For questions about these terms, contact aikogxstudios@gmail.com.

2. AikoGx ownership

Our games, applications, launcher, code, tools, designs, characters, artwork, writing, branding and other technologies created by AikoGx Studios are owned by AikoGx Studios or used under the rights available to us.

You may not copy, modify, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute AikoGx content or technology without our prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

3. Third-party content

Some content or technology may belong to another developer or rights holder. When this is the case, we will identify the relevant developer or owner and provide the information available to us. Their own terms and licences may also apply.

4. Games, applications and pricing

AikoGx games and technologies may be paid products. Prices, availability and included features may vary by product or platform. Any product offered at no cost will be clearly marked as free.

Unless a separate purchase agreement says otherwise, these terms do not create a right to receive future releases, updates or continued access to a particular product.

5. Accounts and access

Some services may require an account in the future. Account registration may require a verified email address, a username and other information needed for the requested service. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and accurate.

AikoGx services are currently intended for users aged 18 or older. We may introduce different age requirements for specific products where appropriate.

6. Fair use and moderation

You must not use our services to abuse other users, interfere with the operation or security of the services, distribute malware, impersonate another person or developer, or breach any applicable law.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe that an account or user is abusing the services, infringing rights, cheating, distributing unauthorised copies or creating a security risk.

7. Unauthorised use of our work

If AikoGx discovers that its games, applications or technologies have been modified, sold, published or presented as the work of another developer or platform without permission, AikoGx may take appropriate steps to protect its rights. This may include platform reports, takedown requests or legal action where appropriate.

8. External platforms and links

Our website may link to social networks, Discord, game stores or other external platforms. Those platforms have their own terms, accounts and privacy policies. AikoGx does not control their services or content.

9. Service availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue a game, application, feature or website section. We will make reasonable efforts to keep services available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every product will work on every device or platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use when our products, services or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its update date.
